Press Tool Library

To bend and form the sheet material we use a Press Tool. Firstly we apply glue (interior grade Moisture resistant urea-formaldehyde adhesive – class 2 EN12765) to the sheet material. Then, under pressure we apply heat to cure the glue, holding the sheet material to the shape of the tool. The pressed blank is then ready for profiling and drilling, etc., in the machine shop.

We have over 1,000 press tools in stock, available for use. Unlike our competitors, all of the tools shown are available for use as we do not display customer owned tools. We produce the majority of press tools in-house, using the latest 3D CAD/CAM technology.
